Shanker Singal is a dynamic professional having rich experience of more than 40 years in Company Law Advisory and Auditing. After obtaining extensive experience as Registrar of Companies, Delhi and later, J&K. He resigned as Registrar of Companies in 1987 to set up Shanker Singal Associates. Over the years he has developed specialization and expertise in the areas of corporate, commercial litigation, corporate and risk advisory, internal and statutory audit.

He has also been independent director in Delhi Stock Exchange Ltd., Surya Roshini Ltd. and Bharat Bhushan Share & Commodity Brokers Ltd.

Ankit Singal is a Chartered Accountant and law graduate from University of Birmingham, UK enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi with over 8 years of litigation experience in the field of corporate, commercial litigation (including arbitration and insolvency) and real estate consumer disputes. He has successfully represented clients before various High Courts, National Company Law Tribunals and National Company Law Appellate Tribunal.

He also has rich experience in matters pertaining to mergers and acquisitions, civil suits and writs and is also actively engaged in drafting commercial agreements including share purchase agreements, slump sale agreements, joint venture agreements etc.

Anurag Bindal completed his law from Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi (2013) and is an Advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi. He is an English Literature graduate and a Pearson Law Scholar (2010).

He has a vast experience in litigation before the various High Courts and District Courts. He has represented the NHAI and DDA as their panel advocates and has also served as Civil Panel counsel for the West District Legal Services Authority. He was also engaged as a Law Researcher with the office of Hon’ble Mr. Justice Sanjiv Khanna (then Judge, High Court of Delhi) and had been associated with Counsel to Secure Justice, New Delhi (NGO).

Shivam Goel is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi having diversified experience in the field of litigation before various courts and fora in India. His forte lies in the field of civil suits, arbitration and corporate litigation and regularly appears before the Delhi High Court, District Courts, National Company Law Tribunal, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, etc.

He has honed his skills under the best in the profession including Hon’ble Mr. Justice GS Sistani (Judge, High Court of Delhi), Mr. Sandeep Sethi, Senior Advocate (then Additional Solicitor General of India) and Mr. Sanjay Poddar, Senior Advocate. He has also represented various governmental organizations including IRCTC, NHAI, and SDMC. He has also been recently empaneled by the High Court of Delhi (Middle Income Group) Legal Aid Society.
